Welcome to Rainy Knob Ranch located in the great
Tennessee Valley of East Tennessee. We are Randy and
Holly Prosise. Our desire to raise quality grass finished beef
in a sustainable manner for ourselves, our family and
customers, led us to Lowline Angus cattle. Their smaller
frame, docile nature, easy fleshing and ability to marble on
grass were the qualities we were looking for. What we have
learned in addition is how they can contribute to the beef
and dairy industries as a whole.
